We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of them being placed. Our courier service can only deliver to street addresses, therefore deliveries to PO boxes will be made via Australia Post.

THERE HAVE BEEN DELAYS IN FREIGHT BOTH STANDARD AND EXPRESS CAUSED BY STAFFING SHORTAGES, REDUCTION IN THE NUMBER OF SHIPS AND FLIGHTS AND THE AMOUNT OF FREIGHT BEING MOVED. THESE DELAYS ARE OUT OF NATURE'S GOLD CONTROL AND IT IS A WORLDWIDE PROBLEM.

Manuka Honey is classified as a food and requires an Importing Licence to pass through Customs. To check if we can deliver to your area, please email info@naturesgold.global prior to ordering.

Overseas orders may be subject to import duties, certification,  tax (such as VAT) and customs processing fees in your country. If you are unsure about additional importing fees, contact your local customs or postal authority. All additional fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
