Grab the kids and get in the kitchen, because cooking doesn't get any easier than this. This classic Kelloggs recipe tastes even better when its uses Nature's Gold Manuka honey. The deep rich flavour adds a little bit of extra goodness to this classic party favourite.
Ingredients:
90 g Butter or Margarine
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Manuka Honey MGO 30 or MGO 83
4 cups corn flakes
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
2. Line a 24 hole cupcake tray with paper cases.
3. Melt the butter, sugar and Manuka honey together in a saucepan until frothy.
4. Add Corn Flakes and mix well.
5. Working quickly spoon into paper patty cases.
6. Bake in a slow oven 150°C for 10 minutes.
7. Cool.
